Handmade Jewelry By Jaclyn A. Ouillette
It all started In 2006, when I became severely disabled by late stage chronic Lyme Disease and wasn't able to work in the area of my passion, as a Wilderness Guide. I began to turn my hobby of beading and wire wrapping, and my love for crystals, into a way to contemplate my life's direction. I wove these creations in the hopes of returning to the Wilderness once again, and fell in love with the process this journey took me on.
Please enjoy some of my favorite pieces from the past
*All of the above pieces have been Sold
For the past ten years this hobby has become a passion and my jewelry has been sold locally, nationally, and internationally. Each piece for me is a journey in itself...it begins by walking on the beach's here in Maine where I grew up. I search for sea glass and stones that have washed up on shore, that have been tumbled naturally in the Atlantic Ocean waves. Or I hunt for the perfect crystals to be held in a wire wrap of silver. Each piece evolves in its own way, and piece by piece, I weave hopes and dreams together.
