-made using germanium (instead of the copper and zinc in traditional sterling silver)

These come with clear hypoallergenic rubber backings on them.

These are easy to clean. I'd suggest warm mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Then shine with a silver or Argentium polishing cloth.
